Extremely well located and comfortable hotel. Only minor complaint is the very expensive in-hotel restaurants. All around, a fantastic place to stay for a vacation.

Very friendly staff, accommodating and had tickets for us at last minute request to the most sought after tickets "wicked" the tickets were stall row d and together at ticket value. Housekeeping slow on request to remove pillows and comforter and spray freshener in the room that smelled of cigarette smoke. The request was made 7:00pm and not done until another request was made directly to housekeeping again at 8:00am the following morning. Excellent and safe area. Nice restaurants. Close to two theaters, one being the Apollo Victoria where wicked is playing. Very close to shopping. For London, the room was other the cigarette smoke smell, was big nice and comfy with a nice view of the park and American embassy. Staff other then housekeeping very accommodating. ...read more

I'm not sure why this hotel was rated 4 stars. We had 2 rooms, one was a good size the other was small. One had a robe, slippers and hairdryer, the other did not. I've stayed in 3 star hotels which I would say were much superior. ...read more

This hotel is very convenient to public transportation and shopping. For an extra 30 pounds per room you can get the Millennium Club which offers free breakfast, snacks and drinks all day. Well worth the extra 30 pounds. Rooms were large for London. ...read more

Millennium Hotel Mayfair in London is a good hotel well past its prime. The Service is just ok and the rooms are good sized by London standards. The breakfast is good but expensive. Internet access in every room. Being opposite the American Embassy, there is very little traffic and it is very close to Oxford Street Shopping and Marble Arch tube station. Not a bad deal, but I wouldn't stay here for the rack rate, period. ...read more

Only used it as a place to sleep while sightseeing. So I didn't use the amenities As noted above in an area that felt safe and was fairly quite. A little bit of a walk to a Tube station when carrying luggage and only a few restaurants and oubs near by. Overall it served the purpose and met expectations. Will say the rooms were of a large size when compared to other London hotels but the bathrooms are little cramped. ...read more
