Business Traveler
This is a busy hotel but the staff is generally pretty efficient and the rooms are always spotless.

Solo Traveler
Older hotel with older renovation & a few more recent upgrades. Narrow corridors and cold hallways. Just generally bland and unattractive. A good place to sleep, use the Internet, eat breakfast (nice buffet), and leave. No charm whatsoever, black stuff in the tile grout, worn carpets, etc. Not a fun place to stay. Solo Traveler
Hotel was busy and seemed occasionally understaffed. Room was OK: beds were comfortable & the shower good. Once we learned the local bus routes, the hike to the Underground became less of a hassle. Traveling as Couple
Hotel is located 3-4 minutes walking distance from Olympia subway station which makes it very easy to travel throughout the city. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities.

I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was excellent, but there was not much selection for restaurants nearby, without a lot of walking. The man at the desk was not friendly.
