Great location for Gloucester tube station. Close to grocery store (Wait rose)

Bad smell in hallway, dirty carpet, noisy room on street side, difficult to work shower.

The location was great, close to tube station and grocery store. Lovely neighborhoods to explore. Hotel is a bit worn, smelly hallways and dirty carpet. Excellent breakfast with meats, eggs, beans, juice, bread and a variety of hot drinks. Staff was very helpful. Phone line in room did not work so wasn't able to schedule a wake up call. The breakfast was awesome!

Excellent hotel, close to Paddington Station, very close to the Metro. Staff was great, allowed us to use their umbrella after we had checked out!

Location.

Rotting carpet, moldy bathroom, and poor staff.

This is not a three star - a two star at best. Bathroom fixtures were cracked, coming apart. Carpet was rotting. Staff did not have an adapter for my laptop. Bed was old and uncomfortable.

Did not care to fix a problem.

The air conditioning did not work. Reported it. The answer: "The engineer will come tomorrow to check it".
Next day. Answer: "The engineer came and could not fix it".
