Family with Young Children
Stinky room, freezing and over-chlorinated pool and really pathetic breakfast. We ended up going to McDonald's instead.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The only problem I had was that there was no elevator and I was on the second floor. This was a problem because I was traveling alone with my toddler and found it very difficult to get him and all our stuff up the stairs. The 2 days we stayed at the Super 8, there was no hot water. The desk staff said that they had recently installed a new hot water heater and that it was malfunctioning. And they also said too many people were showering at the same time - which was ridiculous, because most people traveling get up and shower in the morning during the hours of 6 - 8 am. We were told to try to shower later in the morning, which we did the next morning, and there was not enough hot water at that time either. Traveling as Couple
The hotel had all the amenities that a person needs. Everything was clean, the staff was helpful and informative. Many of the other guests agreed the continental breakfast was excellent.

Group Traveler
The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was acceptable. The staff was friendly and very honest. Our daughter left her cell phone charger in the room. They saved it for us and we were able to get it back! They're adding on a swimming pool and luxury suites slated for this summer. Should make the hotel even better.
