Ceiling in bathroom was Styrofoam.

Room was OK, ceiling panels in the bathroom was a piece of Styrofoam cut to fit. Obviously an older hotel, and there was no fridge in the room. There is not much good to say about this stay - plenty of NOT good to say!

The continental breakfast was a disappointment, the hair dryer didn't work, the TV had a very snowy picture, smell of cigarettes coming from vents.

This was a disappointment from the moment we arrived and I would NOT recommend this Hotel to anyone. The name has been changed to Mt. View or something and it's old and the entire hotel smells like chlorine from the pool being right in the middle of the lobby area. The continental breakfast is the worst I've ever experienced and having the help right there eating with the guests was not pleasant. Everything about this stay was a disappointment! And the worst part was that the room door would only close if pulled on super hard. The maid did not shut the door properly after cleaning the room and we found our room opened when we returned! And there were several large sized dogs present in the hotel which was not pleasant. ...read more

Very irritated that the room that was booked for 3 could only occupy two people, Then I was charged an extra fee after I arrived so that my daughter would have somewhere to sleep.

Location is the only thing is hotel has going for it they spend no money on upkeep of hotel.

Hot and smelly just a cash cow as rexburg grows hopefully options will grow in hotels.

We've stayed there for many years, beginning when it was a much newer property.

This hotel is more than adequate for Rexburg. It has a decent continental breakfast, is in a good location, near BYU Idaho, on the south side of town.
