A "helpful" staff greets guests of this "large" riverside chain link, where "fresh-baked cookies" are served in the lobby and the "location close to Downtown Boise is great"; "spacious rooms" have "big baths" with "great bathtubs and showers" and "excellent" room service, but cutting-edgers dis the "outdated" "'70s flair", and are further annoyed there "aren't enough elevators."

The warm cookies we got at check-in.
Too much down in the room - I'm allergic.
This is a comfortable hotel with friendly staff in Boise. They have been very helpful with any questions or requests.

It was cheap and wasn't in too bad condition for being an older hotel.
Hotel was under construction. It was extremely loud in the lobby. Way too many cob webs in the doorway of room and inside room.
The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. Although, the construction was annoying and the dust and cob webs were disgusting.

Bedsheets were stained.

Wish they had an indoor pool. Outside stairs in poor condition.

We like the beds in this hotel better than most, and the large tubs.
There are not elevators and traveling with a baby and all that requires is hard on 2nd floor.
We prefer this hotel to many others in Boise. We stay in hotels in Boise about 5-8 times throughout the year due to season football tickets, and family being in the area. I do wish there were more to do for kids, especially in the winter when they can not be outside to swim. We travel with a 13 year old and a 9 year old, along with a newborn. ...read more

The Spring Hill Park Center has free breakfast. This hotel doesn't.
