The hotel was exceptionally clean. The pools were very clean, as were the rooms.

The male front desk staff could have been more friendly and helpful, and the hot tub was too hot, in our opinion.

This was a great place to stay, and we will definitely return. The pools and hot tubs were very clean, although the hot tub needs to be turned down a bit. Everyone we saw get into it, including ourselves commented on how very hot it was. You could barely stand it past a few minutes. The beds were on the small side, in our opinion as well. Next time we will get an adjoining room for the kids, so we can have a king size bed to ourselves. The restaurant was super, and we ate there everyday for breakfast. Kids ate free, and we actually got to eat free the first two days as well. So that was nice. The male staff was not very helpful, when seeking advise on where to go for dinner, and where points of interest might be. They seemed annoyed by us, as if they were too busy to help us with such unimportant things. The lady that was at the front desk during the weekend was very friendly and helpful. We felt that the men on staff during the week were more helpful with the people staying there on business than with families on vacation. It was nice and quiet, and very cozy. The room was very nice and cleaner than expected. The pool was very nice and the free breakfast was exceptional.

The elevators were very slow.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The pool area was so nice and the water was warm and the skylights were such a nice touch. Great place for families.

Pool area under construction and loud hallways.

Older style hotel could use some upgrading. The hallways were pretty loud during the night and there was no secured entrances, anyone could wonder the hotel anytime of the night. The swimming pool area had a guard which was nice. Breakfast was pricey and was not worth the money. ...read more

Jaccuzi closed due to construction. Dated hotel.

Free breakfast and airport shuttle were the only great things about the stay, which was only overnight due to a layover.

An ideal choice for our family trip. the indoor pool was a hit with the kids.

The overall feel is a little outdated.

We had a great stay. My son loved the pools and Holidome features/games. The location was great for us to visit different parts of the city. Overall, we had a great visit and I would stay there again.
