"Easy to find" and near the upscale Oak Brook Center mall, this "elegant", low-slung suburban nonsmoker sports "attractive and well-maintained" lobby and common areas, an "extremely polished" staff and those "perfect" warm Doubletree cookies; touches like the "super-comfy pillows and bedding" in the "clean and fresh" rooms help create a "pleasant environment" (although the lack of a fridge and microwave is a "disappointment").

Entry carpet seemed unclean possibly due to weather.

This hotel, The Doubletree was basically a good find. I would probably stay there again when in the area. I would rate it as a three to four star hotel.
