Great pools and beach, location close to El Yunque.

Air conditioning didn't seem to be controllable from the thermostat.

Good value for the money! Staff are all very friendly and professional. Hotel also has fun family/kids activities such as iguana feeding and island braiding.

Beautiful view and beach.

Too high parking fee, extra resort fee, and no refrigerator.

The view and beach around the hotel is awesome, and the location is pretty good to enjoy PR. Room service was bad; hotel front desk doesn't get the phone from the room at night, and they don't exchange our sheet daily. And the place is far from downtown, but there is $15 extra self-parking fee (it's very far from the room) or $20 of valet parking fee. In PR, parking is less than $5/day at any place even in downtown. If you choose self-parking, be sure that it takes about 10 minutes to the parking lot, and you should stop by valet parking space everytime to get a stamp! Hotel staff was very accommodating beyond the normal staff in other resorts!

The outside restaurant on the beach staff was very indifferent and not accommodating.

I would definitely stay in this resort again. Beach was wonderful and the hotel staff went beyond what most resort staff do to accommodate us.

Paradise on earth. The adult pool is fabulous if you don't appreciate children screaming and splashing you.

Didn't have NFL channels.

Great hotel. Luxurious, fabulous rooms, excellent service and staff friendliness. Would undoubtedly stay again.
