Great hotel if attending an event at the convention center. It was only a block away.

Downtown hotel, convenient to all business, offices and agencies in a large city downtown center.

With the main office on an alley, facing the back side of a large parking structure, the immediate reaction is gulp. The staff is very welcoming, and it is a nice neighborhood. The bad news you do look at the trash bins of a restaurant. But you will come to appreciate it when you use that restaurant. It is the Melting Pot where they have great service and very interesting fondues. I usually avoid franchise establishments, but we had a very pleasant 3 hours there! I was on a budget and
I didn't expect anything more than a bathroom with shower,
TV and a bed. Its not the greatest spot but
I didn't need to stay in the room during my stay. It wasn't dirty but it just looked gloomy. The room is tiny but it was just my boyfriend and I. This is a good location. Its near shopping, restaurants, and bars, its hard to find a parking space and space is limited. Overall

If you are a single person or a couple who doesn't worry about the cleanliness of the place you are staying, this is perfect for you! The sheets and towels are dirty and smell funny.
