Helpful, friendly staff. Very convenient location.
We were in town for a long weekend with our fifteen year old daughter. The hotel was very convenient to the primary attractions, i.e. Shopping and taxi trips to downtown theaters and to Second City were short and inexpensive. We had a good time and will return to this property. ...read more

Location for the attrations we went to was good.
Very plain for the money you spend on the room.
Location was good. Was not impressed with the room. Room was not worth the money that I spent on it. Price for parking is steep. There were was not much perks I liked about the room.
