that we had to pay.
The hotel staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. When we asked for extra coffee in our room they brought it so fast that it got there almost before we did!

like the location of this hotel.
don't like being placed in the handicap room.
I
have stayed in this hotel before and loved it. being told it is sold out and all they have for my
reservation is a lower and handicap room is disappointing. The closet is low and your coat and dresses drag on the floor, besides the safe taking up all the room because the rack is so low. There is no tub, only a walk in shower in these rooms. The bedding and amenities were not as nice as before. Staff was GREAT. But booked room for 2 adults and 1 child. Got king bed with no fold-out. Where was the child supposed to sleep? Did get comped roll-away.

I was thrilled to know that my priceline was the Omni. It is perfectly situated for shopping and food. The room was roomy and lovely and linens very nice. Staff was awesome and helpful and the free starbucks early morning a big plus. The gym, not bad for a hotel. ...read more

I really like the suite type hotel, it doesn't really feel like a hotel with the separate living room. It was decorated very nice.

While you could hear other people in their rooms from the hallway, we did not hear anyone else from inside our rooms. We did not hear others showers, TV's etc. It was so peaceful! The concierge treated us as we were the only people there even though he was quite busy. ...read more
