The hotel staff was very efficient and helpful. Even the bell hop had recommendations for meals.
A continental breakfast would have been nice.

The good housekeeping and extremely friendly staff.
The soap didn't smell so great and the shampoo wasn't great either.
I had a great time at this hotel. My boyfriend and I have gone on several trips together and probably stayed at 10+ hotels together and this one was by far the best. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the location was great. There's a CTA red line stop right outside the front door. The other side of the river from down town.
Wonderful hotel. Very comfortable room with helpful staff. Red Line Train is outside front door. Very close to Navy Pier. North side of the river so not as close to some things as some may like.
