Courteous, efficient staff.

The comfortable chair had what I hoped was dried yogurt on it.

For the price and proximity to O'Hare this was a good find. However, the rooms really need to be checked between customers and occasionally deep-cleaned. There were stains on the comfortable chair that kept me from going anywhere near it. I won't stay there in the future. ...read more

Clean, friendly, comfortable, efficient, economical, good locale, good shape, good reading lights, things worked.

In morning rental car place was horn happy, one or two people, unnecessarily.

Hotel took good care of us. My wife and I stayed two nights, found the lodging clean and well cared for. Staff were friendly and upbeat. Room was comfortable and efficient. All appliances were very adequate, clean. Space was well utilized like a room with a full kitchen.
