Lovely place. I would stay there again. Had to head north 2 days due to volcanic smell. Construction maintenance quality pretty good, but not top notch. Good location and next to a snorkel beach. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

One bedroom suite was great, clean and updated decor and inviting. Staff was also great and very friendly and accommodating.

When I selected a 3 1/2 star hotel, I thought I would be getting a room at a resort with dining facilities, etc. Instead I got a condo with a kitchen.

I'll never ever stay here! I booked this place to stay from 8/28 - 8/30. I checked in (8/28) and was assigned the dreadful room. Went in, and it was 90F in there, turned on the air conditioner and it was blowing hot air. Maids/cleaning service were running in and out as if they did not know I was coming. I spent 45 minutes drenched in sweat and immediately checked out. No apology was offered, they did not even offer me a better air conditioned room, even though they wanted to charge me $50 for a key that I had misplaced in my left pocket. This resort is a collection of privately owned, rented and reserved units. The unit was large and had a living and dining area, kitchen, utility closet, two bathrooms and fairly large master bedroom.
