Key collection:All accommodation is available from 17:00. Your keys can be collected from the reception upon presentation of your booking confirmation.Reception opening hours:Check-in service is available on Saturdays from 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00.Late arrivals:If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the hotel in advance.Deposit:A deposit (EUR 260) for your accommodation is due upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after inventory has been completed and verified.Services:An additional charge is necessary for sheets, towels, TV, pets, parking, baby cots, baby chairs, cleaning service, end-of-stay cleaning and other extras proposed by the residence.Reservations for a minimum of 7 nights must be booked from Saturday to Saturday.
