Great location and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
I was there with my family and the hotel had more of a business feel to it.
Great hotel. By far one of our favorite experiences. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very well maintained and we did not feel a need for any particular item. The view from our room was fabulous.
The staff was not as friendly as I'd like.
Great location for downtown Chicago. Convenient to everything you want from an urban setting. Most everything is within a 10 minute walking distance. Modern decor, spacious lobby.
