Enjoyed it all, although it's next to a theatre, we parked in a garage down the road because we couldn't get to valet.

We arrived prior to the check in time and were able to get into our room. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. The hot continental breakfast was wonderful and even though we showed up 10 minutes before it was over they were still well stocked. The Majestic was within easy walking distance of the theater district - even in the Chicago snow!

Our stay at the Majestic was fantastic -- couldn't have been better! It was a short cab ride to the shopping of the Magnificent Mile, but only a three block walk to the Ford Theater, where we saw wicked. Our favorite part of the whole weekend was our stroll in the snow to the play that night! The hotel staff was ever ready to help us with luggage and cabs - and breakfast was very good. Location to shopping the loop was excellent. Could shop and drop off our bags at hotel, then shop some more.
Room was rather dark.

Was within walking distance of shopping and entertainment. Staff was very friendly and breakfast had a nice variety. Cab ride to North Michigan was very reasonable.
