The "chic" "boutique-hotel feel" is a "wonderful surprise" at this "ideally located" SoMa outpost where the "outstanding views" from its "floor-to-ceiling windows" come at a "bargain price" for the city; "Heavenly beds" are the highlight of the "modern" rooms, the staff is "helpful" and if some find the restaurant disappointing, there are "plenty of other options nearby."

Great views, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows!
Towels were a bit stiff and the bathroom was a bit small.
Nice hotel, centrally located, nice looking restaurant (we did not eat there). Quiet, great views of the city.

We were initially given a room with a horrible view. After we communicated this to them, they changed our room to one on the 34th floor and we were very pleased.

All of the staff except for one check-in clerk were helpful.
The room was the smallest room I've ever seen! The tub was small and not jetted.
Location, otherwise nothing noteworthy about this hotel. Smallest room with a king bed shoved in, that I have ever seen! Was hoping to at least experience a nice jetted bubble bath.

The Westin was a comfortable, safe haven in the middle of downtown San Francisco. The location is great and the decor of the hotel is very hip.
