Knights Inn & Suites Toccoa

When we checked in, the clerk originally could not find my reservation. It was just misplaced into the wrong folder, so that was easily resolved. The room was neat, but did smell a bit moldy. There were no towels or washcloths, and only one small bar of soap. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. The remote control to the TV did not work, but we had a wide selection of channels to choose from. There were some very shady-looking characters wandering around outside, but none gave us any trouble. On the second night, we did have someone come to the door and open it, since he had been assigned the same room we had. He was polite about it, and did not cause any problems. This day¿s inn is in need of remodeling. The wallpaper was peeling on one wall, there were cigarette burns on the bedspread, the fitted sheets needed to be replaced, and one of the pillows looked dirty. ...read more
