The hotel was relaxing and worth the money. We went to KC as a family to enjoy ourselves and the purpose was accomplished. The staff and atmosphere of the hotel from top to bottom was excellent.

Great hotel in the crown center area. I used to live in KC and stayed at this Hyatt a couple times even when living there. I now stay there every time I visit. The kids like the pool on the rooftop, and Crown Center is a short walk away. The lobby area and amenities are great. ...read more
