Hard mattress, dark picture on TV, hallways smelled like smoke.

Great location close to major attraction. Very friendly staff.

The room was so smelly from smoke embedded in it that our car still smells of it 2 weeks after the trip.

It is very close to and has easy access to/from World's of Fun and Oceans of Fun. The stench of cigarette smoke in the room was overwhelming. Even after thoroughly washing out the gym bags we used, and spraying them with Oust and Fe breeze, the walk in closet they're stored in still smells after 2 weeks! ...read more

Road construction has taken over K.C. Not only did the staff give us shorter directions around the construction, but also suggested taking a cab to the sprint center. I expected a pool and there was none. My children were very disappointed.
