Quality Inn & Suites

Rooms were large and was
well furnished, bed was very comfortable, water pressure was very poor, televisions need to be updated, picture was very poor. Staff was very friendly and competent, very helpful with naming good places to eat close to hotel. Overall other than the inconvenience of the construction my stay was very pleasant. I would and probably will stay there again in the near future. The staff was excellent very friendly, helpful and accomodating. They all deserve a raise and I plan on checking to see if they got one the next time I stay. The manager must be good because he has chosen very good people and they are very well trained. I look forward to visiting with them the next time I stay. They are all keepers you should treat them very well because care about their job and the people who stay with them. Got a smoking room, for the price it was not up to standards. Shower head area looked like it was puttied up poorly.

Overall, fine for a one night stay. Small beds, not very clean, but acceptable.

The hotel was within easy access to the downtown area and hotel in general was nice.

People were friendly, location was convenient and clean rooms. The pool was awful, my son cut his foot on something.

Convenient location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a nice assortment. During our stay the air in the hallways was off or not working and the elevator kept breaking, we informed the staff and they said it sticks like that all the time. ...read more

We were greeted at the entrance and had excellent service. At the time I was going to complain about whatever was noisy, the noise stopped so I assume the hotel took care of that customer. We will definitely stay there again. ...read more
