Quiet, free breakfast, and 2 different newspapers.

Cigarette smoke on first floor (non-smoking on 3rd) & no laundry facilities.

I've stayed here before and it was a great savings for me. I appreciated the free breakfasts and also the 2 different newspapers. I asked for the top floor (3rd) and they gladly gave it to me. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially regarding use of my computer/internet. ...read more

Great location, clean, and excellent value.

Wireless Internet connection was spotty.

The Signature Inn is a great value. I have stayed there three or four times, and the rooms have been consistently clean and comfortable (if not fancy). There is a nice refrigerator and microwave in each room. The windows in the rooms can be opened, which is fantastic for someone who enjoys fresh air. The staff is friendly and helpful. Room was nice, comfortable. Staff was helpful. Super convenient and close to ISU!

Pool is outdoor so we were unable to use it.

Hotel was way above my expectations, since it was only a 2 star hotel, I was expecting it to be very basic and simple. Our room had a fridge and microwave, and coffeemaker. The location.

The room was not very clean. The chairs were stained and needed cleaning.

I don't think I would stay there again. It was not very clean and needed upgrading. The air conditioner didn't work.
