We have quite a few restaurants nearby including Cracker Barrel, Steak n Shake, Culvers, Fiesta Ranchero, Arbys, McDonalds, Wendys, Yen-Ching Express, to name a few. We are also located in close proximity to Interstate center, U.S Cellular Coliseum, Illinois State University, Illinois Wesleyan University, Red Bird Arena, State Farm, Mitsubishi Motors and Eastland Mall.
All the rooms have in room high-speed wireless Internet access, coffee makers, hair dryers and irons & ironing boards. Rooms with micro-fridge are available upon request based on availability. Our Grand Jacuzzi suites, nearly two times larger than regular rooms, feature a hot tub, microwave, refrigerator, sink and sitting sofa in addition to all the amenities of our regular rooms. It was close to where I was going.
The room smelled.
Removing ashtrays does not constitute nonsmoking. The staff did not honor a request for a nonsmoking room. Significantly overpriced-they knew that the other hotels were sold-out and took advantage of travelers. ...read more

I appreciated the price I was able to get and the friendliness of the staff.
I would have liked an internet connection in my room.
Basic, clean with a friendly staff, this is a good choice for an over night stay in Bloomington.

Friendly proprietor, good breakfast.
Got 2 doubles instead of a king; cigarette burns on tub.
Very easy to spot from I-55; friendly, quick check-in. Some wear, but overall a good value for the money.

The staff was good when I needed to print something and they didn't have a place for customers to work.
Cold showers, uncomfortable beds, tiny bathroom that is hard to get in.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you want to stay in a place that is fine with you taking a very cold shower and is in a bad part of town.

The room was clean, in a safe location with a friendly staff. Room had coffeemaker, hair dryer , alarmclock, wake-up service and iron in room.
Couldn't see the parking lot from room to assure my car was safe. No elevator to second floor. No connection from second building to main building.
