Family with Teens
The hotel was decent. The hallway on the floor was lined on both sides with equipment, countertops, etc. It was difficult walking down the hall.

Solo Traveler
Friendly staff, the check in staff was not very knowledgeable. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and patient. Even if they didn't have the room as clean as I would have liked it on check-in.

Solo Traveler
This hotel is perfect for families and couples. I felt it was very clean and staff were friendly. It is in a great location and our rate was excellent!

Group Traveler
Conveniently located near the mall and restaurants. Clean rooms with nice showers. Comfortable beds. My daughter actually liked the sofa bed!

Family with Young Children
We were excited to get a room at this hotel because of it's location. Upon entering the room we found it to be clean and inviting. When I moved the ottoman for seating, we found a large quantity of Cheerios that had not been cleaned from the previous guests. That night there were many noises throughout the hallway and adjoining rooms. I know this is difficult to avoid and prevent in a hotel setting. The following morning we attempted to get some breakfast for our diabetic grandmother that was staying with us and the only food available was a $7.95 buffet breakfast. No continental breakfast or any other food was offered to accommodate our needs (even when payment for the food was offered). Also that morning at 9:00 a.m. the cleaning crew began their rounds to clean the rooms. Check out was not until noon or 1:00 and we were very upset to be interrupted so early. Business Traveler
Poor service. We arrived during ice storm. I finally had to get rude with the hotel staff and got the room I wanted.
