Everyone went out of their way to help you, felt like being in someone's home.

Everyone was helpful, friendly & willing to help you. I would stay in this hotel over and over again. It is the best experience I have ever had while traveling (and I travel a lot). Breakfast was good, good location, clean.

The ice machine was broken on our floor and there was no sign indicating that.

Overall I thought this was an excellent hotel. We had a comfortable stay. The only real disappointment was there was no coffee pot in the room but coffee was available all day in the breakfast area.

The beds are great, shower was too nice decor.

Nothing was inadequate.

I found the Microtel to be very nice. The bedding was soft and the pillows were very nice. The room was small but still comfy. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well.
