With easy access to all major area expressways and tollways, we are 20 miles directly west of Chicago and approximately 30 minutes from both O'Hare and Midway airports. With the Metra commuter train 3 miles aways, we have a perfect location. Our shuttle bus goes up to five miles around our property from 8:00am to 5:00pm. 24 hour advance notice is required from guests wishing to use this service. It was close to lots of shopping and restaurants.
The upstairs rooms were somewhat outdated and needed remodeled.

We chose this hotel because of the closeness to the Good Samaritan Hospital. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It was close to the interstate.
The room smelled like stale smoke / horrible breakfast.

The hotel management laid to us about their continental breakfast menu - said there were items that didn't exist when we got there. The room smelled horrible. Rear doors could easily be entered without a card - a real security issue. ...read more

The location.
The staff was rude and we did not get the room we booked.

We were greeted by a cussing front desk clerk, was unwilling to hardly help us check in. She made us feel like we were a burden to her. She wouldn't take the time to show us where our room was. We found our room and it was not a king bed/smoking. It was a queen/non-smoking. Cleaning staff did not speak English which made it difficult to even ask for extra towels. ...read more
