We offer something completely different to a hotel: 56 very nice furnished flats (35-60 m²) with hotel service in a great renovated factory in the centre of Brussels. Every flat has its own fully equipped kitchenette with all utensils and a large fridge and microwave. Relax on a sofa, work at the desk or enjoy the TV. Most of the flats have a separate bedroom. The flats are ideal as a home-from-home for a convenient and economical stay in the centre of Brussels. On demand we can provide breakfast packages, while car parking is available (at an additional cost) and there is wireless broadband internet in the whole building.

Food & Beverage
Our complex has no own bar or restaurant, but since every flat has its own fridge and kitchenette you will have the possibility to prepare the things you like most yourself.On walking distance there are also a lot of cosy restaurants and bars who offer very good quality at very reasonable prices.At the reception we also sell small snacks and drinks.

Area Information
our complex is situated in a quiet street on walking distance to the city centre, the major shopping street, the main railway station, Belgacom Towers and the World Trade Center

Was not central.

Good value for the price but it was not at central train station but the north station and it took 2 hours to find.
