Close to Wild Adventures Theme Park.
Dirty, dust everywhere. Not enough towels.

Only positive was location. Wall paper was peeling off the walls. There was dust every where including the lobby. Very little available at free continental breakfast, even if you were there right at six o'clock. Extra towels were available, only when the cleaning staff was there.
