Built in the 13th century, and renovated in 2006 with precious, original materials and high quality furniture, this former farmhouse offers an idyllic countryside retreat. The farmhouse is divided into 10 apartments; each one composed of a living room with an open kitchen, double room and bathroom. All apartments have been recently renovated to offer you all modern comfort and they are equipped with all common facilities including LCD satellite TV.Each apartment also has an independent entrance, gas, water and electricity supply.

Many beautiful cities of the Umbrian region can be found close by: Perugia city centre - 2.3 km. (Accessible by a bus, or it is easily reached by driving or on foot).Assisi - 26 km. Orvieto - 70 km.Gubbio- 40 km. Trevi - 40 km. Todi - 30 km. Spoleto- 60 km. Lake Trasimeno - 20 km. The art cities of Florence (130 km) and Rome (170 km) are both easily accessible by highway or train.The country house can provide a riding instructor (on request) who will organise fantastic visits around the surrounding hills, introducing the smallest of children to a relationship with horses.
