Leisure travelers "love the skywalk that links to the Fourth Street Live" entertainment complex within this recently renovated mainstay, where the "modern, chic" decor, updated rooms with "comfortable" pillowtop beds and "marvelous soaps and shampoos" and a "helpful" staff add up to a "great stay"; caffeine addicts are "disappointed" "they don't give even one cup of coffee" in the room (there's a coffeeshop in the lobby), but with conveniences like an indoor pool and outdoor tennis courts, many "would certainly stay here again."

Great hotel, nothing more to say!

There was a trash smelling odor as I walked in the door the entire weekend. Once you got pass the door everything was fine.

The bathroom in my guest room was beautiful.

They need LCP or Plasma televisions.

The hotel was very nice, the room service staff was wonderful and very polite and fast.

It was very safe, friendly and helpful.

Could not say one bad thing about this stay it was marvelous.

I like to come to Louisville to shop and also have Dr. appointments there. Usually when I come it is my sister and myself. We feel very pampered in such luxury environment. It is very safe and pleasant. We enjoyed the scenery and we traveled up to the bar. The atmosphere was awesome, we hope to be back. The hotel is definitely nice in every way I will recommend this to my friends and family. Thanks again for such nice people. ...read more
