My stay at this hotel was great. Since my last visit, it is obvious that the ownership has really stepped up. The rooms have been renovated and the entire hotel was converted to non-smoking. They replaced the old beds with pillow top mattresses, beautiful new blankets, and plush new pillows. There were so many nice things added to the rooms. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Needs an update. Comforters on bed dont look like they have been cleaned in ages. Actually threw those in the corner for the weekend.

Nice clean, staff tries very hard. However the management booked a wedding party and they only have a standard room size meeting room. The wedding party brought a keg in at 9:30 PM. Needless to say it was after 2:30 before I was able to get to sleep. When I complained to the staff they tried to quiet them down, but it was apparent they did not have the authorization to call police or remove the people fighting in the parking lot. Hotel is undergoing outside maintenance. Location was very convenient. Animals were not on lease inside and walked through lobby (which included food area). Staff was friendly. Spa really needed to be bumped up in temperature, however, was ok if you like it just warm. Would consider staying there again if necessary. ...read more

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the small continental breakfast was adequate due to some very nice waffles that you made yourself. Now the down side - the hotel was under some repair, was dimly lit and older looking. There seemed to be some suspicious looking guest hanging around near the pool area. My husband and I were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub, but the pool area didn't look very inviting. There was a large group of us with a disabled man included and a lot of children. The accommodations were exactly what we needed and we were not hassled about the noise. The front desk staff was excellent. I was not impressed by the continental breakfast. It was not supplied well enough and there was not enough chairs for the tables. ...read more

Hotel great next to ruby Tuesdays and next door to outlet mall!

This was one of the best experiences. The motel and the amenities were outstanding; the staff was so pleasant and friendly. I will be back again and I hope very soon!

Upon arrival, was promptly greeted by a desk clerk. She was courteous and helpful throughout the check-in process. The following evening, another clerk was equally helpful when he assisted me in locating a diner off the beaten path. What surprised me most was the morning of my checkout. I had wrenched my back, and was obviously in pain. The desk clerk inquired if she could assist me with my luggage! Outside of a bellman at upscale resorts, I have never received this level of service. Regarding the room, it was quite, comfortable, and extremely clean (I looked!).
