We received smoking room - booked non-smoking.
Booked non-smoking, received smoking room. Asked to change room, non available. Desk clerk said would deodorize next day. This was not done. Went to desk clerk; she handed ME a bottle of deodorizer; said to spray room. I said I did not believe it was my job to deodorize room. She said will give me the bottle and I will do it. I took the bottle upstairs and deodorized the room myself. We told front desk about this the next day. Was very upset by this experience. We stay in Monee once a year. ...read more
