I left something in the room, they held onto it until I could get back to pick it up.
I had to change rooms because the refrig didn't work in the original room. Inconvenient!

The staff was wonderful, the bed fantastic!

The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.
Sofa does not mean sleeper. Had to pay for roll-always.
I chose the King with a sofa. It did not specify if it was a sleeper or not. When I arrived, I found that it was not. When I went to the desk and asked about roll-aways, the clerk was apologetic but had to charge me $20.00 for two roll-aways. I'll know better next time.
