Family with Young Children
This hotel was extremely close to everything we were in town for. The staff greeted us with smiles and warm personalities. The room was laid out in such a way that the kids could play and the adults could talk. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be using it again myself. ...read more

Hotel was clean but the air conditioner was in need of repair as it was noisy and disrupted sleep when it turned on. Breakfast was very good and service was good.

I came in, the staff helped me right away. The room was conveniently located right in front of the elevator. Everything in the room was easy to find and there is a nice view of schaumburg. Bring towels from your room to the pool. Go to the pool early in the morning or after nine pm. ...read more

The pool was clean and warm. The exercise room was clean and all the machines worked well. The hotel was overall very clean. The breakfast area was spacious and had many healthy options (and again, clean). Our room was spacious and quiet. Bathroom was very clean but a little small. Could have used a few more towels and toiletries, but when we called down to ask for extra blankets, housekeeping responded quickly and was very polite and the blankets were clean and fresh.
