Room was brand new.

Friendly staff and great room. Located on Ramblas, a fun street and cntrally located. I would stay here again.

Location.

Hotel staff was not helpful.

Hotel staff didn't help us to call/reserve a taxi. We called the service desk three times and waited for a couple hours to get shampoo that should have been provided to us before we check in. Hotel didn't accept our out-going stamped mail. It is overpriced. ...read more
