When, because of flooded roads, I was forced to have the 4 teenagers traveling with me stay at the hotel, the personnel were very helpful in getting us a room that had a hide-a-bed that was not broken and took in the extra 4 at no extra charge. The provided a wheelchair for me to bring in my daughter who has brain cancer and had overdone the day at Sea World. The breakfast was fantastic. The personnel kept all of the hot plates full. Family with Young Children
I spend a great night with my wife and kid. When we found out that it was at the airport, I thought I wouldn't be able to sleep but to my surprise I never hear an airplane in the whole. Was the airport shutdown because I was staying at this hotel? I don't think so, but that was my only concern. I don't ask the hotel people to improve anything but to maintain the the excellence of this hotel. ...read more

My family stayed here for one night. It is a new hotel and easily found off the freeway accross the street from the airport. The staff was exceptionally friendly ecspecially Rykeah, she was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The swimming pool is very small. The breakfast was a typical breakfast bar nothing to write home about. I would deffintley stay at this hotel again if I ever was to return to San Antonio. ...read more
