The gentleman at the front counter was very friendly and very helpful with assisting us with directions to where we had to be in the morning.
The hotel was very pleasant and room was very well kept. Front counter staff was very knowledgable and helpful. I found the bed very comfortable and I loved the pillows because you were given four fluffy pillows better than the two flat pillows that most hotels give you. ...read more

Decent rooms.
Holiday Inn did not agree that we had paid and they charged us again for the hotel room. This is unacceptable. Now to get charged twice this put a major strain on our finances.
