Overall very pleasant staff and atmosphere, the restaurant was clean and fairly quiet and the rooms were large and comfortable about what you would expect from Holiday Inn.

For the price and star level I chose, I felt it was a really bad selection. I stayed at Place Louis Riel hotel, and their rooms are exquisite, they should not be a 3 star hotel, they should be 3.5 star+.
