Location.
Staff not cleaning room or dropping of clean towels.
The room was nice but at times the staff would not clean the room at times i elected not to have it cleaned the pool was dirty.

I thought the staff was wonderful. The room was great for a family and we were steps from the ocean.
We were so happy with our stay at Quality Inn. What we found was a clean, nice room with a kitchenette that had dishes, pots and pans. We had a view of the ocean and were literally within steps of the beach. The staff was great and we enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. ...read more

Nice, clean room, and great view.
Our window did not face the ocean, but we just walked outside to see it.
I was greatly surprised to find a cute, clean room! It was right on the water, although our room did not have an ocean view from the window. We just stepped outside (2nd floor) on the balcony to see the ocean! Great. ...read more
