This is a good hotel and in a great location. It is a good hotel for business travelers that need to spend time in their room but for someone who isn't then it isn't.

Very far from 5th Ave, Time Square, etc.
This is one of the best values near Wall Street. Located at Peck Slip, it is also close to a small boutique shopping area as well as the shopping center on the water.

One elevator was always broken, so there was just one.
This hotel is in a good location. It is easy to get on tourist buses, the ferries, walk to many restaurants, and is in an area where there are many tourist sites you can walk to from the hotel. The hotel is a lovely small hotel, clean and reasonable. ...read more

It was clean, the bed was comfy, it was quiet in the hotel, but in the middle of action.
They need trays to take the continental breakfast to your room, they need more fruit, too.
