Waiting till EXACTLY 4pm.
I'd stay at this hotel anytime. I had hoped they could get us in early, but the front desk girl, made it obvious that there was NO chance of that. (That was the only bad part!)

Entrance and location were sub-par.
The hotel is in Chinatown, in a location that is fine if you like Chinese food. The lobby was on the 2nd floor, a little odd. However, I was given a free upgrade to a suite which was wonderful.
