The front desk staff and bellmen were very helpful.

The restaurant/bar staff seemed not to have time to serve. They were always setting up for something else.

Excellent location between line 6 of the Metro and the RER gave us more opportunities to travel quickly. Great local bars/cafés/restaurants in the area. In November the Parisians are friendly. The hotel is small so it is often missed by guests. ...read more

The only desirable quality of the hotel was its close proximity to the Eiffel Tower.

The staff treated us rudely, the elevator was broken more than half of the time, and our room was not clean.

Would not recommend this hotel. We were treated rather rudely by hotel staff. We felt like we were put into the most undesirable room possibly due to the rate we paid. Excellent hotel for the price, very close to the Eiffel Tower and the staff was extremely hospitable, especially the porter.

Looks nice and clean and was
close to Eiffel tower.

Towels smelled sour, no coffee pot in room, unable to change temp, too warm, front entrance not obvious.

Looks nice at first, but towels smell and lacks amenities.
