The flats are situated in a quiet street at the centre of the city, within walking distance of the city hall, shops, restaurants, bars and museums.You have a choice of either a fully equipped budget flat or a student flat with basic furniture. Every flat has its own equipped kitchenette with fridge and a bathroom. In some cases there is a separate sleeping area.Make free use of the internet connection to check your e-mails.

Our complex has no bar or restaurant, but since every flat has its own fridge and kitchenette you can prepare your own meals. Within walking distance there are a lot of cosy restaurants and bars that offer very good quality at very reasonable prices.

All flats have a kitchen with fridge and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Internet access is also available in all rooms (WIFI)The Business Budget Flats are fully equipped, while the Student Flats are accommodated with the basic necessities to stay overnight (bed and linen, towels also included).
