Very clean. The breakfast each morning in the lobby was convenient and desirable.
The room felt "clammy" in temperature. Could be something wrong with the air conditioner.

They are polite/honest/sincere/friendly/clean.
It is a very nice environment especially you have it near the fort Knox base and for the military. Every parents and family needed a nice place to stay. You will be the next place with no availability with a lots of costumers are needed a place to stay. ...read more

It was clean, smelled good, friendly desk staff, great breakfast.
Difficult to spot from the highway, couldn't see a sign for it.
We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The room was clean, bathroom was well stocked and the room was a good size for 4 people. We enjoyed the flat screen TV. The desk staff was friendly & helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

It needs a hot tub.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the overall appearance of the room was very nice.
The bathroom shower head was awful. Water went everywhere.
The only problem we had was at check-in. We did not like the room that they provided first.
