Clean, well kept and quiet, felt very secure.
Charged taxes upon check-out, no locked area to check luggage.
Took forever to check our luggage with the hotel the day we departed. Stood in line for over 20 minutes waiting to check my bags when a Spanish speaking couple came off elevator and immediately checked their bags without waiting. I complained to desk clerk and they took my bags next. ...read more

One night the next door neighbors were noisy till 2:30 am, after I reported to the front desk.
