Not enough parking, only can park 4 car in front.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is newly renovated and very convenient to the bus stops and shops. Everyone that worked at the hotel was very friendly and helpful and the desk lady even let us check in 3 hours early!

Great location and really quaint.
Problem getting into the hotel late at night.

Overall, great hotel. It is a quaint hotel - very clean and nice rooms. Hot tub on the roof is an added perk. The location is fantastic and many places are within walking distance. Just an 8 minutes taxi ride to Old San Juan. Had a problem with an employee not letting us in the hotel late at night, but that was resolved by reducing our rate by $15/night. I would be pleased to return to this hotel. It was clean and close to shopping and the beach.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach, shopping and a short bus ride to Old San Juan. The hotel was modern and clean, had great outdoor areas. Internet connection was poor.

Lovely hotel, very much on par with a Hilton Garden Inn level hotel. Very clean, and well located to beach and convention center.

It is a small hotel nestled in crowed San Juan. It was on a nice safe street near public transportation. This is not a resort hotel where you would lounge at the pool all day. Room 14 is spacious and comfy.
