I enjoyed the location and the accommodations were more than adequate.
Check in was under staffed.
The accommodations were very pleasant and more than met my requirements. The location is very good with ease of access to both Old San Juan and the Condado areas that are well serviced for shopping and services. The availability of excellent restaurants is exceptional. Lack of staffs - waited for 15 minutes to talk to concierge people.
Great location with beautiful view. Got everything you need in the resort, pools, restaurants, bars, shopping, and beaches, etc.
