Surveyors are smitten by the "convenience, comfort and luxury" at this suite hotel that enjoys a "heart-of-the-city" location; "spacious" units have a fridge and microwave plus there's both a "made-to-order breakfast" and a nightly reception "with cocktails and appetizers", all overseen by a "courteous" staff; but a few guests complain about "waiting a long time to check in" and advise avoiding school breaks when "lots of children" run around.

Nice location, close to red line and main streets.
The air condition (heat) is not efficient for January.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Great location, friendly stuff, decent breakfast. The bed is really comfortable. My room is facing the main street (State), but it's very sound proof when windows are closed. Extra perk that my room comes with a microwave, though I did not get a chance to use it. The only thing I have is the noise and door slamming from the pool area. It's great for families with kids. I prefer quietness, especially the business center is right next to the pool. Not biggie. Overall, it's a nice place to stay. ...read more

Very good value for money, good space and conveniently located.
The breakfast was a poor quality, especially the cooked food. It was overcrowded making it impersonal and non-enjoyable.

Good value for money - services incl. swimming pool, breakfast, free access to business suite with internet and printing facilities. Avoid breakfast.

They told us at 2 pm that if we wanted a non smoking suite we would have to wait or take a room that did not have a sitting area. I thought all hotel rooms in Chicago are non smoking.
Nice room not a suite - no big deal. ...read more

Complimentary breakfast was amazing.
Parking was pricey.

Great location. Extremely friendly employees. Rooms had microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Two televisions.

Spacious, usable amenities.
Dated decor.

Basic, but practical space with lots of room, even a small refrigerator. great even for small team meeting, because personal stuff can be out of sight very easily (thanks to the extra separation between work and sleep area). convenient location. friendly staff, if they change the fixtures, flooring and furniture I'll give them even higher rating. ...read more

A bit shabby, but very convenient. Breakfast was great and a terrific value. However, room was very noisy. Garbage trucks began pickup around 1:00 AM and continued all night.

Nice to see that breakfast was free and there were plenty of choices.

Hotel is in an excellent location, but rooms were sub-par. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location!
Nothing not to like.

Great hotel in a great location at a fair price, and the Eagles beat the Bears so it was twice as nice!

It was like a suite! Great working space. Loved how it separated the living room and bedroom.

Excellent. Except the valet threw my keys to another valet and it hit the floor, my keyless controller came very scratched
